Joey's 'Frozen' themed birthday party!

We dipped marshmallows in colored white chocolate and sprinkles! They match the colors and resemble the bodies of little snowmen!

We made these snowflake cupcake toppers out of the same colored white chocolate. Then we froze the snowflakes so that they would keep shape!

These were just regular box cupcakes with vanilla frosting! The toppers stuck right into the cupcakes perfectly!

We dipped pretzels in the colored white chocolate! We loved the pretzels because they look like snowman arms!

We already had a bunch of these fancy dishes from my sister's wedding, but most of them were also from out local thrift store! (After much washing)

Happy 11th birthday Joey! it was so much fun!
My eleven year old sister actually made and hung these cool snowflake looking tissue papers. They're so easy to make! You just tie together a bunch of tissue paper!

Broken up jell-o made up the cracked ice!

prom 2014 feat. garrett rozsa

I find that dresses from common mall stores are gaudy and ugly. I find vintage dresses much for interesting and beautiful, so I turned to online shopping almost immediately after finding out I was going to the prom. I wanted a white embroidered dress but those are less common than I thought. After hours of searching we found this gem! It's a vintage lace turtleneck dress that fit me perfectly (what a relief). The lace was in a chevron pattern that I absolutely adored, and it was only 40 dollars!
I went with my best friend Garrett. A couple of weeks before prom, Garrett shaved his eyebrows for lent. He's not even catholic but apparently he wanted to give up his vanity, which he considered his eyebrows, and shaved them off. I was absolutely livid and I told him that if his eyebrows weren't back by prom, I wasn't going. Well his eyebrows weren't back, but I didn't think that missing out on my last prom because of Garrett's status was a bad idea.
My jewelry and shoes were all from Forever 20!

Garrett was going for a John F. Kennedy look, but in opinion he ended up looking like a professor from the 50s missing his eyebrows.

my room is a pale blog

My older sister Sierra made these flower cats before she went to college!

Disposable photos are so much fun to hang!

My mom found that 'R' at our local thrift store! It was such a find and it goes perfectly with my room! I really do need to clean off my dresser though.
Solar powered lucky Chinese cat I got years ago!

Most of my plants are from cactus and tropicals!
